CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to work for a large utilities company based in Reading on a temporary ongoing basis.
ROLE: Customer Service Advisor
SALARY: £14 p/h, circa £27,000 per annum
JOB TYPE: Ongoing contract, initially 3 months with extension likely
LOCATION: Reading (RG1)
HOURS: Full time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid working - currently 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. This is NOT a fully remote position.
THE ROLE:
- Telephony-based role where you will be on the phone speaking with customers and by email to resolve outstanding account balances.
- Sending information requests to customers and managing responses.
- Make outbound calls to gather the relevant information and updating the systems and customer accounts.
- Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Excellent IT Skills
- Very confident with a professional and engaging telephone manner
- Self-sufficient with an excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
