Key Responsibilities:
Contractual Management:
Manage contractual issues alongside the Project Manager and Commercial management team.
Supply Chain Management:
Foster positive relationships with subcontractors and ensure proper subcontract agreements.
Control and assess subcontractor accounts, variations, and final settlements in line with company procedures.
Project Performance:
Enhance the commercial performance of project teams.
Prime Project Managers on key contract risks and opportunities.
Participate in project validations and monthly reviews of profit, turnover, and cash receipts.
Change control:
Manage changes to the scope of work, ensuring all variation orders are received and costs are agreed upon promptly.
Prepare comprehensive impact assessments on cost changes, installation periods, and project completion working closely with wider project teams.
Financial Control:
Prepare and submit interim payment applications, analyse payment notices, and monitor cash receipts.
Recover outstanding debts and resolve financial exceptions.
Produce ongoing cost reconciliations and monthly project forecasts.
Stakeholder Relations:
Develop proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide guidance to facilitate sound business decisions.
Essential Requirements:
UK-born National (Security requirement)
Eligibility to attain UK Security Clearance
Valid Driving License
Desirable Qualifications:
BA or BSc Degree
Membership in RICS, CIOB, or equivalent
Experience with NEC contracts
