Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Ensure timely and accurate distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders.

Implement and maintain document control procedures using Procore.

Monitor and track the status of documents, ensuring compliance with project timelines.

Coordinate with project teams to gather, review, and upload documents.

Perform regular audits to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.

Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for project meetings.

Provide training and support to team members on document control processes and Procore usage.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the construction industry.

Proficient in using Procore for document management.

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with drylining construction processes is a plus.

High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
