They are now seeking a dynamic and motivated Run-Off Sales Partner to help sell their old stock across Europe.
Job Overview:
The Run-Off Sales Partner will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and executing sales plans to move old stock inventory across various European markets. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong sales background, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.
This is an ongoing role with stock cycling through the business – being proactive to create velocity in stock movement is key Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively move old stock inventory.
Identify and target potential clients and markets across Europe.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the best possible terms for the company.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
Maintain a thorough understanding of their product offerings and unique selling points. Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lighting or related industry.
Strong network of contacts within the European market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to travel within Europe as required.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
At least 3-5 years of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. What We Offer:
