Responsibilities:
Main point of contact for designers, subcontractors and clients
Manage the CDE for the lifecycle of the project
Train others on the systems
Act as the main point of contact for ongoing support and coaching, including third parties such as client teams, designers, and subcontractors
Ongoing maintenance of project file naming protocols with the information manager and project team
Validation, checking and curation of all incoming and outgoing project documentation
Attending interviews and liaising with the Project Team regularly
Applicants should possess:
Must have experience within Construction or a similar environment and working on projects
Competent with Microsoft 365 suite of tools, specifically Excel, Teams and Sharepoint
Can work under pressure and manage a busy workload
Well organised and self-motivated with the ability to prioritise work
