We are working alongside a well-known organisation in Renfrewshire who are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support their CEO and senior leadership team. If you have previous PA experience at board level and possess strong diary management and administrative skills, we would love to hear from you.
What you will get in your new role
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.00, with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. Additional benefits include complimentary on-site parking. Please note that this is a temporary 4-week placement.
Responsibilities within your new role as a Personal Assistant
As the Personal Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for the CEO, ensuring efficient diary management and administrative support. You will be responsible for gathering and maintaining organisational information, collating reports, and liaising with senior stakeholders. You will also ensure good governance regarding the organisation’s website and social media accounts.
