Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are working with our global client based in Fife; they have an immediate opportunity for a HR Administrator to join them on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities include:
Updating and Maintaining HR database
Compiling confidential letters
Collate payroll data
Issuing new employee contracts
Conduct new employee on-boarding compliance checks
Issue employee leaving documents
Provide HR administration assistance to HR team Background required:
Previous administration experience
HR Graduates looking to gain more experience will be considered
Good communication, both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
Confident IT skills including MS Office
