Forest Care Selection is currently supporting a leading provider of residential, nursing and dementia care, for a variety of ages across the Southeast & London areas. This innovative quality focused provider is seeking a Registered Manager for their care and nursing home based in the Norwich, Norfolk area. The home provides a variety of care and nursing support to older persons with Dementia and specialist neurological conditions.
The Registered Manager in Norwich, Norfolk will:
- Oversee the running of an established home and staff team and ensure the homes continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the staff team are effectively trained and motivated to deliver the very highest standards of care.
- Have full autonomy of the running of the home and will have strong budget management skills and commercial acumen
- Continue to develop excellent community links and promote the homes unique offering.
- Develop the home and drive improvements
The Registered Manager in Norwich, Norfolk will need to
- Have experience of overseeing care/nursing homes
- Have an effective calm leadership style and hold a relevant leadership and management qualification.
- Have a passion for supporting elderly clients with Dementia and specialist conditions.
- Ideally hold a nursing qualification and valid NMC PIN.
In return the successful candidate will enjoy a healthy base salary up to £65K and a range of additional benefits in line with a provider of this type.
