Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a growing manufacturing business based in centre of Huddersfield in the search for a Supply Chain Assistant, initially on an 8-12 month fixed term contract. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the end-to-end supply chain processes within the manufacturing industry.

Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock as needed.

Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory transactions.

Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Analyse data to identify trends, forecast demand, and support decision-making processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and quality assurance to ensure smooth operations.

Resolve any supply chain issues or discrepancies promptly and effectively.
