Temporary Accommodation Officer - Minimum 6 Months - Hybrid - London

Your responsibilities will be as follows:
Conducting Section 188's and Section 193's.
To manage occupants of interim and temporary accommodation including the move-ins, check outs, rent accounting and day to day management of placements.
Support customers during their time in temporary accommodation specifically regarding their Housing Benefit and housing register applications as well as other aspects of their life.
You must have experience or knowledge in:
Extensive experience in a previous role.
Knowledge of homelessness legislation and practice in the statutory provision of interim and temporary accommodation.
Experience of working with challenging behaviour and visiting people in their homes or in the community
