Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organise information from various sources to effectively coordinate the works schedule.

Communicate with operational teams to gather progress updates.

Report on completed and pending jobs.

Assist the Streetworks Coordinator with their duties, including covering their role during busy periods and holidays.

Update databases with relevant documents and images.

Collaborate with the customer care team to ensure outstanding customer service.

Inform customers about planned work dates and manage their expectations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience
Salary
£24,000 - £25,000 per annum.
