Salary: Up to £41,000 + £6,000 Bonus

Since entering the UK market in 2012 the business has experienced double digit growth and has become the world's fastest growing drinks brands - as well as the UK's leading energy drink business.
Due to internal development, the business are looking to add an Account Executive to the Commercial team, who are tasked with increasing the brand’s impact and reach across the GB market within Multiple Operating Retail Groups with varying Route to Market.
It is the Account Executive’s responsibility to build strong relationships with the bottling partners, National Account team as well as other relevant functions to extract the maximum possible growth from the customer base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Become an expert in the Regional Account customers / MOGs, developing a clear knowledge of their operations and key drivers.
Seek new business opportunities for Monster across both Coca Cola and Pepsi lead accounts.
Support the Channel Director in defining opportunities for growth in-order to build robust and deliverable plans which accelerate brand and portfolio performance in the market.
Define clear tactics and programs which deliver against set objectives.
Understand the opportunities and limitations of the different RTM & MOG environments, build and present recommendations which increase the effectiveness of the business within these customers.
Build strong working relationships within the CCEP business, deploying strong influencing skills to ensure that the energy objectives are prioritised and met despite their broader commercial pressures.
Land tradable JBPs across key customers with CCEP to unlock and enable successful growth.
Consistently seek incremental above-plan growth opportunities to continually accelerate business performance in the accounts.
Always operate as a team, sharing challenges, opportunities and learnings within the immediate team, the wider GB team and with the wider business.
Be a brand ambassador in all that you do, to positively represent the brands and the Monster Energy business all the time.
Have the flexibility to attend Monster Energy brand asset events in-order to host trade guests or CCEP engagement sessions
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Good understanding of the Monster Energy portfolio and the wider soft drinks market
Direct trading experience in a customer management role
Strong collaboration and influencing skills
Good PC skills with experience of using Power Point and Excel
Passion for winning, a natural competitor
The role is field-based and will require regular travel and overnight stays
Flexibility to work occasional weekends to host trade guests at events
