We are looking to recruit an Art Collections Manager with experience in B2B sales and account management to join our client's team in London. Reporting to the Commercial Director, an integral part of this role is to recruit, develop and nurture an expert team of Account Managers, to exceed sales and account growth targets.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company’s portfolio of art rental clients.
Regularly report departmental and individual progress.
Build an independent and credible network of strategic industry partners across the office fit-out, furniture, interior design, architecture and build sectors.
Meet and exceed targets for strategic partner meetings and new business opportunities.
Maintain and develop the company's reputation as an industry leader in workplace art rental, maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of the company.
Attend networking events across the design and build sectors alongside relevant client industry events, e.g. law, insurance and finance.
Deliver expert briefs and presentations to clients and to the internal curation team, managing projects seamlessly from pitch to post-sale.
Work closely with the operations team in the delivery and installation of projects, helping to achieve their goal of flawless installations.
Expertly pitch and present proposals to a wide range of stakeholders including at C-Suite level.
Close deals with speed, clarity and profitability, exceeding monthly targets.
Be an expert in Salesforce, ensuring your pipeline of sales, leads and client contacts are accurately recorded.
Undertake training and encourage take-up within the Sales team, driving usage, engagement and innovative forms of use.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales and account management experience, within the interiors sector.
Supervisory/line management experience required.
Experience in the art industry is ideal but not essential.
