CUSTOMER CARE AGENT
Purpose:
To answer calls and advise tenants and residents on works being carried out, to help book appointments as necessary, answer queries raised and to pass through calls to the business as required
Role Specification:
Obtaining, verifying, and confirming customer information through answering incoming calls
Resolve customer queries and problems.
Raise notes on the internal company IT system for use, as necessary, by office and filed-based personnel
Escalate or pass through calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
Any other duties as may reasonably by requested by the Customer Care Team Leader or Customer Care Manager.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of the 7 (approx. 1 weekend day worked a Month)
