Your new role
You will be joining a friendly and professional team who work to common goals and objectives and share success. Your role will be to provide B2B customers with an excellent level of service. Our client is seeking an outgoing and self-motivated individual who is equally at home managing inbound, as outbound customer calls. The successful candidate will need first-class customer engagement skills, be excellent at multitasking and able to manage data with accuracy and efficiency. You will be the first point of contact for customers via calls and emails, responsible for creating quotations, processing orders, liaising with internal and external logistics teams.
What you'll get in return
