The role of Monitoring Technician – Water Hygiene:

Reporting to the Account Manager, your role is to undertake monitoring and water hygiene

services to comply with legionella guidelines, contacting each site to arrange attendance and keep records
-
Conducting water testing and monitoring
-
Taking water samples
-
Testing and servicing thermostatic mixing valves
-
Shower cleans & other disinfection work
-
Inspection of hot storage units & cold storage tanks

Working at heights / manual handling
The requirements of the Monitoring Technician – Water Hygiene:

You could be a current water hygiene/water testing engineer or technician
-
Don’t worry if not as full training is provided as standard so if you’re looking for a technical client facing role please still apply

Prior experience of travelling to client sites and working independently is an advantage
-
Each client site is different so you will be flexible in your approach to work and happy to work in confined spaces and at heights when required

Computer literate and able to use a tablet and other IT equipment to schedule site visits

Full right to work in the UK without requiring any Visa sponsorship is required

A full UK driving license is required with the ability to travel outside of territory when required
