Sales Administrator required to join a busy office in Hucknall. The role will be varied and will involve supporting all of the general business operations on a day to day basis.
The role will involve:
• Working within a busy office and liaising with different departments
• Liaising with the purchase ledger team and suppliers to resolve any queries
• Pulling up information on the system and showing the data
• Multi-tasking to make sure all deadlines are hit
• Inputting data onto the system
• Using a variety of Microsoft packages such as Excel
• Extending and terminating customer contracts
• General administration duties; scanning, shredding etc.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
• Experience working in a similar role
• Be incredibly computer literate and confident on Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, sequel languages and learning new business intelligence tools)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and liaise with multiple departments at the same time
• Previous experience purchasing goods would be advantageous

Day shifts: 08:30am – 17:00pm Monday – Friday
