RECfinancial are currently shortlisting exclusively for this Lutterworth based business as it looks to recruit Commercial Assistant for a temporary to permanent position.

You will report into the Department Team Leader and will be given training. If you're experienced in an office environment and keen to a new challenge this role could be ideal for you.
What does the Commercial Assistant role involve?
Reconciling Data and checking information for various accounts and sales orders.
Raising credit orders as required
Liaising with suppliers and internal branch network to resolve any document and order queries.
Effectively supporting the branch network with various administrative tasks.
What skills are we looking for in a Commercial Assistant role?
You will have experience working within a busy office environment.
Be extremely organised with the ability to plan your workload, have an aptitude for figures, good IT skills including Excel.
Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ability to naturally generate relationships both locally and remotely.
Be a good team player, adaptable and versatile to meet the business needs.
