Amour Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an awesome company based in Portsmouth who is seeking a Finance Administrator.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain a multi-currency purchase ledger for two companies
- Matching purchase orders
- Processing invoices and credits in multiple currencies
- Reconciliation of vendor accounts and company credit cards
- Processing expenses, commissions & pensions
- First line payroll administration (checking overtime etc)
Personal requirements:
- Previous Finance/Accounts is experience is a must.
- Ability to work at speed with 100% accuracy
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of the MS Office including Outlook
Hours: Monday to Friday (Apply online only) (would consider part-time)
Salary: up to £32,000 (depending on experience)
