The Role

With over 50 years of in-house experience, we excel in driving double-digit growth for our clients. As a Delivery Manager, you will coach and mentor agile squads, ensuring timely and high-performance project delivery for our diverse clientele, from enterprises to SMBs.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and improve Agile ceremonies (scrums, retrospectives, etc.)
Coach Squad Leads for effective project execution
Remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery
Facilitate cross-training and knowledge sharing
Drive on-time, on-budget project delivery with transparent reporting
Support pre-sales engagements with commercial managersYou
Experience: Bachelor's degree in business or technology field or equivalent; 5+ years' work experience, ideally with CRM and cloud solutions.
Skills: Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, demonstrable coaching experience, and a track record of on-time and on-budget delivery.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a knack for building trust and fostering positive team environments.
Industry Experience: Retail, Media, Consumer Goods, Travel, Transport, Hospitality, High Tech, or Business Services sectors preferred. Salesforce certifications are a plus.How to Apply:
