We are urgently recruiting a Business Development Manager (NHS Trusts) to focus on developing business and account management purely within the NHS Trusts sector. This is a significantly under-utilised sector for the organisation where their proposition is both appealing and competitive to the market and also benefits from strong back-office / after-sales support.

The Business Development Manager’s objectives in the first 3 - 6 months will be:

To gain a comprehensive understanding of the accounts assigned, identify priority areas to target for growth

To establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers - increasing the healthcare trust conversion by 20%

To increase sales revenue growth of the accounts by 100% within 6 months (against a significantly low base)
We welcome applications from Healthcare Sales candidates, who ideally also have experience of selling into the NHS. In addition, you will demonstrate a progressive career in sales / business development and ideally some key account management experience. We will consider applications from candidates with limited field sales experience, but it is imperative that you demonstrate strong self-motivation and organisation skills.
This is a hybrid position with some national travel; typically with 1-3 days working at head-office near Wythenshawe, Greater Manchester mixed with client meetings and working remotely / working from home. The salary is up to £35,000 (highly dependent on experience) plus an attractive open-ended commission scheme with a realistic OTE of £60,000 (in the first year) plus car allowance and benefits.
