Join our client's team as a Customer Service Representative where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to their customers. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The main duties will be:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Utilize strong English language skills to ensure clear and concise communication with customers.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling a high volume of customer calls.
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately document customer interactions and update customer records in the system.
- Analyse customer needs and recommend products or services that best suit their requirements, showcasing upselling abilities.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality service delivery.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
