£27,500 per annum salary
Reliant Rubber is an award-winning specialist rubber engineering company based in Batley, West Yorkshire.
Given the continuous expansion of our business, we are currently looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to attract new clients and increase sales among our existing customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for qualifying prospects, generating leads and negotiating sales of rubber products and rubber engineering services. As a Field Sales Representative, you will work directly with the Sales and Marketing Manager to implement sales strategies and to meet the company's sales and revenue objectives.
Please be aware that this role requires a full and clean UK driving licence. Additionally, the position will involve delivering completed jobs and picking up new jobs from clients.

Responsibilities for this position include:
Convert prospects into customers through sales methods such as door-to-door sales and in-person product presentations.
Research the market, qualify prospects, generate leads, and negotiate deals.
Visit new and existing customers daily to evaluate their needs (company car will be provided).
Work towards sales targets and collaborate with the marketing team to contribute ideas for marketing collateral that will help achieve your sales objectives.
Act as a representative for the company during customer meetings and at exhibitions.
Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.
Deliver completed jobs and pick up new jobs from clients.
Requirements for this position include:
At least one year of B2B sales experience in a similar role.
Great confidence and the ability to accept rejection and maintain a positive mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and resilience to transmit passion during customer site visits.
Active listening skills and the ability to understand the customer’s needs.
Persuasion skills and the ability to build rapport using a great personality.
Proficiency with computer software and Microsoft Office.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
In-depth understanding of an organisation’s products and unique selling facts.
Excellent data analysis skills.
Full and clean UK driving licence, and confidence to drive a company car on a daily basis.
