Part Time Finance Manager
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part Time Finance Manager to join our client based in Egham.
The successful Finance Manager will be responsible for:
Maintenance of the Finance framework
Managing, adherence enhancement to the Finance policy, procedures, and processes
Ensuring accurate records are kept of all financial controls
Strong double entry bookkeeping
Management of document filing and all aspects of financial records to comply with HMRC guidance
Month End process to provide accurate accounts for monthly Management Accounts
Year End process to ensure all financial data is captured, reconciled, and recorded ahead of accountant sign off
Payroll and Pension control
UK VAT returns
Assisting cashflow forecasting and budgets
Training / mentoring finance colleagues and supporting non- finance colleagues
Adherence and support of ISO9001 (Quality) ISO27001 (Information Security) standards
The Finance Manager will have:
Excellent organisational, time-management and attention to detail
Strong Financial, IT, administrative, research & management reporting
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other commonly used office packages (Pipedrive & QuickBooks)
Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
Collaborative working and the confidence to lead and motivate others
Presentation (internal & external) skills
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with the ability to converse at senior level
Negotiation and relationship-building skills
Project-management skills
This will be working two days a week in the office in Egham. A Friday is required to work.
