Key Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery of the client's IT estate using ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Integrate discovery tools like SCCM, Tanium, and event tools like Netcool and SolarWinds.
- Ensure the continuous health and monitoring of the IT estate.
- Utilise CSDM (Common Service Data Model) to map discovered data to the organisational model.
- Provide organisational context and group assets by application/business service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITOM processes and integrations.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Hands-on experience with integration tools such as SCCM, Tanium, Netcool, and SolarWinds.
- Strong understanding of CSDM and its application in mapping IT data to organisational structures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
