Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, ensuring that ServiceNow solutions align effectively.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and contribute to the development of custom ServiceNow solutions.
- Manage and execute the full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for users on new ServiceNow features and functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.
- Analyse and report on system performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvements.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within ServiceNow environments.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and capabilities.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- CSA Certification in ServiceNow is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
