A rare and exciting opportunity to really create a difference and make this role your own. My client is wanting someone who has a mix of skills and experience to be confident to implement changes and most importantly be the hub of the office.
Not only do you need excellent office managerial experience and be a whiz with IT but be a real people person and enjoy networking and promoting the business.
Some responsibilities will be:-
- Manage, maintain, and support the delivery of all services provided
- Provide a strategic lead on the development of current and new services
- Organise Conferences and other Events
- Provide day to day line management of staff, and undertake appraisals
- Work with the Treasurer to ensure the smooth running of all financial processes, including ensuring expenditure remains within the budget limits
- Ensure that all policies are regularly reviewed and adhered to and in line with current legislation
- Attend Board meetings to provide input and take minutes
- Attend networking and other events or meetings to promote the company
