Our client is recruiting a HR Business Partner to join their team in Lanarkshire on a permanent basis. The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in aligning our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide hands-on support to employees, managers, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.

Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.

Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver effective training and development programs.

Lead and manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and practices.

Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive data-informed decision-making.

Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.

Champion a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, promoting employee engagement and well-being.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in Senor HR Advisory role within a fast-paced commercial environment.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices

Proven experience in managing employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
