We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a temporary Receptionist to join their team based in Newton Aycliffe. This is a 1-month contract to cover holiday leave, with the potential for extension. The position requires working 37.5 hours per week, with hours from 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am to 3:30pm on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer interactions both face-to-face and over the phone
- Performing general administrative tasks such as reporting
- Checking in visitors
- Working with Microsoft Office suite
