Our well established client has a Farm Shop, Butchery and Café on their site based near Gainsborough and they are passionate about great tasting home-produced and local food.
They now have an exciting vacancy for a Farm Shop Manager to join their team and make their mark on this new opportunity!
This is a permanent role, working no less than 40 hours per week with an annual salary of £28,080.

You will ensure the seamless running of the Farm Shop & Deli Counter, whilst delivering an exceptional experience for every customer.
The role is shop floor based and involves being the onsite shop floor manager, supervising, training and developing team members and overseeing all aspects of running the farm shop including: -
· Daily responsibility for the smooth running of the farm retail shop
· Responsible for maintaining KPI targets for the farm retail shop
· Responsible for the implementation of the of the CSY POS management system across the business
· Overall responsibility for farm shop stock control including ordering, acceptance of stock, maintaining stock and stock takes
· Ensuring great merchandising of retail displays including meeting labelling regulations
· Health and safety and food safety compliance
· Working closely with the management team to grow the business
