Swift Placements are working with a client based in Harrogate who are looking to recruit for a Customer Service Adviser. The successful applicant will provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and contributing to an overall positive customer experience at the Trade Centre.
The role will also require you to effectively manage collections within the business and serve customers that come into the Trade Centre. Any new business will be designated to the Trade Centre Customer Service Advisor.
The Customer Service Adviser will also be responsible to develop and grow relationships in your database which will result in financial growth through the Trade Centre.
A portion of the role will also require the successful individual to look for opportunities to cross sell & upsell opportunities to ensure that all collection customers are asked what else they require while they are in the trade centre.
The package:
Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:30am- 5:00pm
Salary on offer: £24,000 Basic with £100 Bonus a month £1200 a year + OTE
Company Bonus: £500 / £700 depending on company performance

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:

Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and policies.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively.

Order Management:

Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the Trade Centre.

Provide customers with detailed product information and recommendations.

Work to agreed pricing structures to maximise profitability
Administrative Duties:

Ensuring SAP is kept up to date, stock is checked and follow established processes

Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and displays.

Work together with other departments to ensure the company goals are achieved
