Deliver and drive the performance of the self audit programme to required standards and volume.
▪ Manage and drive the performance of the cleaning standards across the entire 24/7 operations
▪ Support the engagement with Trust Management and Clinical teams to build effective day to day operational relationships
▪ Anticipate and address any quality related service delivery issues that may arise with the Assistant Shift Managers and Domestic teams
▪ Support the Assistant Shift Managers with any people performance related issues
▪ Drive innovation and quality improvement across the soft services delivery
▪ Work with fellow Shift Leaders to ensure consistent messaging, approach and objectives across all shifts
▪ Ensure KPI’s are met with data provided from the Quality Manager
▪ Upskill domestic soft service team
▪ BICS Accreditation to appropriate level
▪ Through knowledge on 2021 NHS National Cleaning standards
▪ Support delivery of a quality culture
▪ Thorough understanding of soft services delivery in an NHS environment
▪ Understanding of disciplinary processes
