Pertemps are recruting for an exciting new role for our busy client based in Slough!
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (weekend cover may be required)
Salary: £24,000.00 - £26,000.00 per year
As a Trainee Operations Clerk, your responsibilities will include:
Entering data. Large use of Microsoft and excel
Scheduling and managing job bookings.
Handling queries, invoices, and communications with suppliers.
Assisting with the arrangement of collections and deliveries across the UK and worldwide.
Completing necessary documentation for inports/exports.
Addressing delivery and custom queries.
Performing various administrative tasks.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to assist in the warehouse as and when needed.
Skills and Experience Required for the Trainee Operations Clerk:
Previous admin or office experience is beneficial but not essential.
Any experience or knowledge in freight is advantageous, though full training will be provided.
IT Proficiency.
Exceptional attention to Detail
Excellent organisational skills.
Customer service
A driving license is beneficial.
