We are currently hiring for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a friendly, well-respected business based in Stratford Upon Avon who are hiring on a temporary 4-5 month basis. This role is available due to the kick start of a systems project. Your main duties will be to process two-way accounts payable invoices, reconcile supplier accounts and do fortnightly payment runs. This is a great role for anyone who is immediately available or on a short notice that has previous accounts payable experience.
Ideally you will;

Have relevant experience of processing invoices from start to finish

Have good IT knowledge including Excel; Pivot Tables and V Look Ups. Sage knowledge would also be advantageous but not requisite.

Have good customer service skills and able to communicate with suppliers when needed

Be immediately available or on a short notice period
