Purchase Ledger / Accounts Assistant - Woking
Our client works within the hospitality / leisure sector and they are looking for an Accounts Assistant (with a focus on Purchase Ledger) to join their busy team in Woking.
Your key duties will be:
- Process all supplier invoices for payment
- Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details;
- Manage supplier invoicing and chasing overdue debt
- Process expenses
- Reconciliation of supplier balances;
- Handling supplier accounts enquiries;
- Preparing and processing payroll and pension journals
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Ideally AAT qualified
- Previous recent purchase ledger / accounts assistant experience
- An eye for detail and high level of accuracy;
- Confident in using Sage - ideally Sage X3
- Works well in fast-paced environment;
- Can work well as part of a team.
- Experience within the hospitality or leisure industrires preferred.
