Due to growth our client are looking for someone to join their fast paced marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance the brand presence and generate leads with digital campaigns.
The Opportunity-
PPC Campaigns:
·Develop, implement, and manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns for Google Ads and LinkedIn.
·Monitor and analyse campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI.
·Adjust strategies and ad spending based on performance metrics.
Website Development and SEO Strategy:
·Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance website functionality and user experience.
·Produce a 12-month content marketing plan to execute which aligns with the marketing strategy.
·Build and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings.
·Conduct keyword research and optimise website content for search engines.
Lead Generation Marketing Campaigns:
·Produce and manage lead generation campaigns across various channels for different industry verticals.
·Utilise data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimise strategies.
·Develop creative and compelling marketing materials to attract potential clients.
Cold Outbound Email Marketing Strategy:
·Execute targeted cold outbound email marketing campaigns.
·Craft engaging email content that resonates with new potential clients.
·Track and analyse email campaign performance, adjusting as needed.
Nurture Funnel Strategy for 'Closed Lost MQLs':
·Develop and implement a nurturing strategy for ‘Closed Lost Marketing Qualified Leads’.
·Design automated workflows to re-engage and convert lost leads.
·Analyse the effectiveness of nurturing campaigns and refine strategies accordingly.
Sales Support with Bespoke Marketing Materials:
·Collaborate with the sales team to create customised marketing materials for securing larger deals.
·Provide ongoing support and resources to the sales team.
·Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and sales objectives.
PR Strategy for Stronger Brand Presence:
·Build and execute a Public Relations (PR) strategy to enhance brand visibility in the Occupational Health industry.
·Establish relationships with industry influencers and media outlets.
·Manage press releases, media inquiries, and other PR-related activities.
Digital Video Content:
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure videos align with the overall marketing strategy.
About You -
You will have a strong background in PPC campaigns, SEO, lead generation, and the ability to provide fresh content creation ideas
·Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
·Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
·Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
·Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM
·Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush)
·Skills and experience in creative content writing
·Creative digital content knowledge
·Analytical mindset and critical thinking
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
Post Grad diploma at Charted Institute of Marketing
