Outbound Sales Administrator
Location: Kettering
Department: Sales
Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm (30 min lunch break)
Salary £25,000 basic plus a bonus structure 29 days.
Our established client is growing and looking for an additional two people to join their vibrant sales team. The ideal candidates will have excellent listening and communication skills a willingness to problem solve. Be self driven and be happy to work as part of a team.
Duties of this Outbound Sales Administrator role are to :
Make outbound calls to pre-existing customers (no cold calling)
Processing orders via email or phone (Business to Business)
Contact customers via email or phone (B2B/B2C)
Provide Sales Representatives/Agents with necessary information
Respond to customer enquiries
Update outbound sales call logs
Complaint handling and processing
Support other areas of the team as required
General administration as required
