As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a capable and energetic HR and Recruitment Advisor to support the people function of the business through an exciting period of change.
This role would suit an experienced HR officer or advisor who either holds or is working towards CIPD level 5. You can expect to be the first line support to the business in the management and progression of recruitment campaigns as well as being the initial point of contact regarding people management issues as they arise, ensuring that colleagues have an understanding of internal policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:

Provide lead support for all recruitment, including:

Assisting recruiting managers in creating appropriate and attractive Job Descriptions;

Posting and managing all job board recruitment campaigns;
-
CV sifting to target quality potential applicants to recruiting managers in a timely manner;

Highlighting to the HRBP where job board campaigns need enhancing or alternative sourcing solutions may be required;

Assisting the HRBP in upskilling recruitment, selection and interview techniques for recruiting managers;

Maintaining proactive communications with potential candidates to ensure the best candidate experience;

Managing the scheduling and progressing of interviews and selection procedures;

Supporting onboarding of new employees in collaboration with recruiting managers, the HRBP and training.

Providing first line advice and guidance on HR policies, procedure an best practice;

Providing efficient and effective employee relations casework coordination, supporting line managers through standard processes including disciplinary, grievance, performance and development;

Support the HRBP in compiling and delivering reports and data regarding people metrics both internally and externally as required;

Support the HRBP in the development and communication of people policies and procedures, in line with current legislation and best practice;

Support the HRBP in the coordination, booking and review of internal and external training and development opportunities in collaboration with Operations and Health and Safety;

Lead monthly internal communications bulletins in collaboration with Heads of Department.

Review and maintain essential HR records and systems as required.
About you:
We are looking for the following skills, knowledge and experience:

Formal qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration or a related field;

Proven experience in the HR field, especially recruitment;

Adeptness in using HR software and databases;
-
Excellent working knowledge of employment legislation and regulations;
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
