Job Purpose
In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Sales Director and the Sales Department.
Job Overview
As an integral part of the sales team, this role offers an exciting and varied opportunity in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment. The successful candidate will be a trusted, reliable point of contact for key stakeholders, internal, and field-based sales.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Collate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly management reports, ensuring the information is accurate and up to date.

Oversee projects to ensure deadlines are met by all stakeholders.

Schedule and organize one-to-one/review meetings in line with the company review structure.

Take primary notes in Management and HR meetings, ensuring they are typed within 72 hours.

Maintain and update employee records and annual leave requests in SelectHR, authorizing leave requests as needed.
