An ambitious Facilities management company that deal with commercial public sector projects across various commercial sites. They are looking to grow a projects team, and so are looking to recruit a Project Manager to help achieve an aggressive growth plan.
Your new role – Project Manager

As a project manager you will be overseeing the effective and compliant completion of multiple Fabric/ M&E projects across multiple sites.

Making sure suitable work plans and budgets are in place to meet the needs of stakeholders.

Handling the full project lifecycle (design to completion) for Projects ranging from £50,000 - £250,000.
What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience as a project manager in a construction or facilities management company.

A good understanding of CDM regulations.

Previous experience in both Cat a and Cat B Projects (complete project lifecycle)

Strong communication, with the ability to build relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
