Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities for clients, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines.

Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, addressing their maintenance needs and concerns.

Provide clear and concise communication regarding maintenance schedules, progress updates, and any delays or issues.

Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, helping to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues.

Liaise with technicians and service providers to ensure the accurate and timely resolution of maintenance problems.

Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, service reports, and client communications.

Prepare and submit regular reports on maintenance performance, highlighting Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to secure necessary parts and services.

Skills & Qualifications

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with German-speaking clients and colleagues.

Proven experience in maintenance coordination, maintenance control, or a similar role within a technical or engineering environment.

Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, technical troubleshooting, and repair processes
