On behalf of our client, KCS is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee our operations in Cudworth for one the the UK's leading Groundworks, Steel Fixing & RC Frames contractor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising site activities to ensure efficient and effective performance. This is a temporary to permanent role , working hours are 10 hours per day.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise site operations to meet objectives
- Coordinate with staff and contractors to ensure smooth workflow
- Compliance with health and safety regulations on sites
- Monitor site budgets , timelines and labour
- Assisting the project manager
Qualifications

Previous experience in managing or supervising sites is essential

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Excellent organisational skills

Must hold SMSTS and CSCS
