Credit Controller
Cantello Tayler Recruitment is recruiting for a Credit Controller to join an organisation based nr Egham. This is a full-time permanent role, fully office based, and the ideal candidate must be a driver due to location.
The Credit Controller duties will include:
Key duties:
Chasing payment of overdue accounts via phone, email, and letter.
Reconciliation of accounts
Reconciling the Trust bank account
Dealing with queries both internally and externally to ensure smooth & timely resolution.
Allocating self-bill payments and using the managed service portals.
Opening and setting up new accounts
Maintaining / updating customer details to ensure ledger accuracy.
Reviewing ledger with the finance director to highlight any problems and agree targets and action going forward.
Issuing legal letters and liaising with our solicitors
Filling out supplier forms
Ability to make detailed notes.The successful Credit Controller with have the following skills and experience:
Previous Credit Control/Sales Ledger experience is ideal but not essential
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent organisational and time keeping skills
Strong attention to detail
