We are currently seeking an Operations Service Manager to join a well-established telecommunications company headquartered in central London. The role involves site visits to three locations: Birmingham, Gloucester, and High Wycombe.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a company that specialises in building design within the construction sector, focusing on unique and bespoke projects. They are responsible for designing, funding, constructing, and operating digital and power infrastructure for both new builds and retrofit high-density venues and multi-use sites, all without the need for upfront capital.

Day to day responsibilities:

Overseeing the direction of the commissioning team on projects ensuring that the client’s requirements are met

Reviewing daily progress and producing progress reports

Improving processes and reporting into directorship to allow the opportunity for efficiencies to exist

Act as a point of contact for clients when network faults arise
What you will ideally bring:

Experience delivering Wi-Fi/Audio/Emergency Phone/CCTV systems

Possess the confidence to engage directly with suppliers, customers and partners

Previous experience of managing an operational environment or team of field engineers/technicians

A background in telecommunications is desirable
