We are looking for an individual who has gained previous Financial Services experience to join our client, where you will work as a Client Support Administrator, based in Reigate.
Joining this small and friendly team you will be providing administrative support as well as working closely with the Client Support Team to ensure a seamless experience for all.
A background in Financial Services is essential, and a strong knowledge of Pension products.

Supporting Financial Advisors by providing full administrative support to clients
Assisting in client meetings, appointment scheduling
Confidently liaising with providers and other third parties to obtain financial information on behalf of clients.
Assisting with projects as they come up.
Working with Financial Advisors and Client Operations managers to ensure effective operational organisation of the team.
Using initiative to manage your workflow, tasks, and achieving outcomes agreed with your supervisor.Please note you must have previous pensions administration expeirence to be considered.
