Business Development Manager required for the homeworking division of a well established travel company. Your main responsibility will be to support and nurture the homeworking team. This is a Monday-Friday role on a hybrid basis with a salary of £32,000 plus bonus.
Business Development Manager responsibilities:
Provide training on systems, processes, compliance and supplier relationships
Identify support requirements of homeworkers and offer general assistance covering all aspects of homeworking best practices and wellbeing
Recruitment, onboarding and induction of new homeworkers
Use the CRM to monitor individual homeworker progress
Provide phone support and offer advice on suppliers, destinations, systems and administrative processesBusiness Development Manager skills required:
Experience in retail leisure travel such as Manager of a travel agency
Proven track record of achieving targets, managing performance and providing training
Excellent communication skills
A strong understanding of homeworkers and the challenges they face
Ability to assist in the personal and professional growth of the homeworkersAdditional information:
