Candidate Sourcing:
Unearth top-tier talent through referrals and strategic networking.
Forge and maintain robust relationships with candidates and clients, demonstrating your deep sector knowledge and market savvy.
Job Role Qualification:
Masterfully qualify job roles and showcase your success in placing top candidates.
Candidate Mobilization:
Ensure smooth visa processes and logistics for seamless candidate mobilization.
Contractor Base Management:
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with a diverse contractor base, solidifying NES Fircroft as the agency of choice.
Account Conversion:
Transform prospects into thriving accounts, focusing on high margins and favorable terms.
Business Development:
Partner with the Operations Manager to spearhead business development initiatives.
Present bespoke solutions to clients, demonstrating your deep understanding of market and sector needs.
Bids and Tenders:
Collaborate with the bids and tenders' team to create compelling documentation.
Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate senior-level contracts with a keen understanding of terms acceptable to NES Fircroft.
Financial Reporting:
Accurately capture financial changes in management reports.
Maintain up-to-date systems and records for precise budgeting.
Personal Billing Delivery:
Achieve and exceed financial targets through effective personal billing.Key Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of 360 Recruitment experience in a Recruitment Agency.
Proven track record with both contractual and permanent hires.
Flexibility to relocate to the Middle East.
Exceptional client relationship skills.
