Team Manager – Safeguarding
Are you looking for a new role with ambitious Social Workers to join a recently rated “outstanding” Ofsted authority?
Within this role you will be a part of an ambitious service alongside a small cluster team. Furthermore, you will have appropriate supervision, assess for and provide services to children in need within the framework, furthermore, you will be maintaining high standards of professional practice within your own workload and promote practice across the authority. Finally, alongside other responsibilities which we can discuss further, you will be making recommendations to the group manager regarding budgets and support care plans.
