Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
Provide support and guidance on HR policies and employee queries.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Coordinate training sessions and support professional development.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
Support performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives.Requirements:
Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as a coordinator or administrator.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
