As Head of Customer Success, you will lead a team of Regional Account Managers, ensuring customer satisfaction and success across various parts of the UK. Your primary duties include developing and implementing customer success strategies, retaining and expanding customer accounts, and promoting best practices in customer engagement. Additionally, you will review customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience. Your role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with key customers and ensuring the success of our customer success team.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Leadership experience in a customer success role within health tech is a bonus.
- Team management experience in customer-facing or client services.
- Proven track record in driving customer success and satisfaction
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, and Marketing.
